About your Scan2CAD Account
If you own a Scan2CAD subscription you will have a user account located at My Account
In your account you can edit or cancel your subscription. Don’t worry if you can’t remember your password, you can request a password reset on your account.
Your email address will be the one you used when purchasing Scan2CAD. Contact us if you need help finding your account login email address.
How to cancel your subscription
- Login to your account
- You will see a list of your active subscriptions
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click the button labelled ‘cancel’.
Note: If you cancel your subscription your Scan2CAD license will lock at the end of your pre-paid month. You will be unable to load the software when your license is locked.
You can purchase another subscription at any point to continue using the software.
How to reactivate a subscription
The easiest way to start a new subscription after cancelling is to purchase a new subscription.
How to add more licenses to your subscription
To add additional licenses you can simply purchase a new subscription. If you purchase using the same email address all subscriptions will be added to the same account for easy management.
How to upgrade or downgrade your subscription
Currently our recommended process for upgrading or downgrading a subscription is to follow the above cancellation process and then purchase a new subscription choosing your preferred new license.
How to change your license type (e.g. swap from PC license to USB license)
Please contact us if you wish to swap your license. We may be able to accommodate this for you.
Remember, with Scan2CAD there are no contracts and no minimum terms. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade whenever you wish.
