Attach End Points determines what is moved when you move a grab point or move a Bezier control point.

How Attach End Point affects moving a grab pointIf there is more than one grab point within the Grab Snap Distance, Attach End Points determines whether one grab point or all the grab points are moved.
For example:
When Attach End Points is on, the grab points within the Grab Snap Distance are snapped together and moved. When Attach End Points is off, only one grab point is moved.
In this example there are two grab points within the Grab Snap Distance, one belonging to each vector. You can only see one grab point because the grab points are in exactly the same position. When Attach End Points is on, both grab points within the Grab Snap Distance are moved. When Attach End Points is off, only one grab point is moved.
To select which grab point is moved when Attach End Points is off:
How Attach End Point affects moving a Bezier control pointIf two Bezier curves are joined together, Attach End Points determines whether one curve or both curves are affected when a Bezier control point is moved.
When Attach End Points is on, moving the control point belonging to one curve also moves the control point belonging to the other curve. Both curves are adjusted simultaneously. When Attach End Points is off, moving the control point belonging to one curve adjusts that curve only.
During vectorization and drawing, consecutive Bezier curves are joined so that the start point of each curve is attached to the end point of the previous curve. If two start points or two end points become joined during editing, moving the control point belonging to one of the joined curves always adjusts that curve only, regardless of whether Attach End Points is on or off.
