About the vector statistics dialogueThe vector statistics dialogue shows useful information regarding your vector file. The three types of information in this dialogue are:
TimeThe ‘Time’ field displays the length of time it took to convert your file. If the file loaded was already a vector (and as such has not been vectorized) then no time will be shown in this field. VectorsThe vector types shown in this dialogue are (in order of their appearance):
The ‘Total’ field displays the combined total count of all vector entities in the file. It is common that ‘Lines’ will be your highest number of vector entities. Although this does depend on the type of drawing you are working with. SnapshotsWhen Scan2CAD does a conversion it breaks the raster image down into manageable parts called SnapShots. Scan2CAD does this to preserve your PC’s resources (i.e. RAM) when running the application. This field shows the number of SnapShots Scan2CAD used during the last conversion.
