No. You can start or stop your subscription whenever you wish. There are no contracts and no minimum terms. You can manage your subscription within your Scan2CAD Account.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
A yearly subscription auto-renews 12 months from the date of purchase. You will receive four upcoming payment notifications (to the email you subscribed with) before the renewal. Likewise, a monthly subscription auto-renews every month.
Do I need an internet connection to run Scan2CAD?
By default, Scan2CAD automatically activates using your internet connection. If you work in an environment in which you cannot connect to the internet, please choose the 'Scan2CAD Business' tier which offers offline licensing.
Are there any future maintenance or upgrade fees?
No! Scan2CAD's pricing simplifies everything to one subscription for all the benefits. There are no future upgrade fees, no hidden maintenance fees, and no support costs.
How do I purchase an upgrade?
If you have an active Scan2CAD subscription, all support and upgrades are included as part of your subscription. If you own a Scan2CAD perpetual license you are eligible for a heavily discounted upgrade to our new plans.
