When you draw a vector or move a grab point with the End Point Snap on, the vector or grab point will snap to any vector end point within the Grab Snap Distance, which is shown by a circle around the cursor.
When you draw a vector or move a grab point with the Between Ends Snap on, the vector or grab point will snap to any part of a vector within the Grab Snap Distance, which is shown by a circle around the cursor.
